Red Teaming

USC-S’ Red Team is an independent group that challenges your organization to review and improve existing structures and measures by taking an opposing role or position. Every investigation is carried out carefully and discreetly.

Red Teaming is a complete, multipronged attack simulation designed to measure how well employees, networks, applications, and physical security controls of a company can withstand an attack by a real opponent. A thorough test exposes vulnerabilities and risks with regard to, among other things:

• Technology - Networks, applications, routers, switches, devices, etc.
• People - personnel, independent contractors, departments, business partners, etc.
• Physical - offices, warehouses, substations, datacenters, buildings, etc.

During an investigation, highly trained, experienced security advisers conduct attack scenarios to uncover potential physical, technological (cyber), and human vulnerabilities. The deployment of Red Teaming also identifies potential malicious insiders (insider threat) or third parties who can or may compromise business systems and networks (e.g. data breaches).
