USC-S provides various training courses in the field of security and resilience for the defence sector, law enforcement, and emergency services.
USC-S' instructors are trained as military (SOF), special police (DKDB, AT, DSI, OT) or military police (BSB) to practice their specialized skills (such as SF medic or combat nurse) under the most challenging of circumstances. Our instructors have extensive operational experience, both in the Netherlands and internationally. This gives the instructors a realistic training mentality whereby they have a broad understanding of the professional context of the trainees. In addition to training, USC-S also offers expertise and advice focused on safety and security.
Our methods
USC-S can provides instructors to solve existing capacity shortages in existing training courses and structures (incompany/insourcing). Additionally, USC-S offers tailor-made training courses on location or in a mission area (outsourcing). Our training methodology consists of the following phases:
