Leadership courses

Triangular group academy offers experienced instructors for leadership training courses for government officials. This training consists of, among others, teaching leadership skills (up to level II), command and control, (basic or advanced) didactic skills, and/or coaching abilities. The training can be fully provided in accordance with existing learning support packages (LSP) or can be completely tailored to the specific requirements of the client.

Our instructors

All USC-S instructors have a background with the Dutch ministry of defense, special police or intelligence. And, in addition to relevant didactics, also have considerable operational practical experience. The instructors have operated in situations with a high threat level and have experience in decision-making under stressful circumstances. This knowledge and experience enables the instructors to effectively prepare trainees for leadership during a variety of scenarios under high pressure.
