Capacity building

United strategic consultancy Suriname (USC-S) specializes in capacity building programs. USC-S’ capacity building programs are provided by specialists with experience in defense organizations, special police units, or intelligence services.

Our main capacity building method, known as insourcing, allows personnel to function within the existing training structure of the unit concerned and integrate it as much as possible. The aim is that our employees increase the instruction capacity of the unit concerned and fully comply with the existing frameworks, training instructions and learning programs. We strive for sustainable cooperation, guaranteeing the acquired knowledge and skills of former defense staff.

What we offer

In addition to training courses in the medical domain and firearm / sniper instruction, USC-S also offers instructional capacity for the training of, for example, operational leadership and instructors in various disciplines within the domain of (army) engineers. This includes the specific fields of search, ammunition awareness, and various explosive training courses.
